Christmas is for families and this year CHB Promotions in association with CHB Businesses & their families brings you "The Christmas Party ".
The fun begins at 5.30pm when the kids can kick around a ball with the HB Magpies, the little ones can enjoy ponyrides and the 'bouncy castle' .
Santa arrives just prior to the concert at 6.30pm. There will be food and coffee available for anyone who hasn't brought their own picnic.

Beach Marine & Tui -Annual Porangahau Fishing Club Surfcasting & Boating Contest

Weigh In: 4pm @ Porangahau Country Club
Boats: $35 Adults
Surfcasting: $15 Junior $5
Competition is held at Porangahau Beach. Launching is open to all beaches, but fish are to be weighed at Porangahau Country Club.
Briefing includes - Talk by Gary Kemsley on Soft Bait fishing and MAF on New Rules
