NZ National Veteran Car Rally

Cars and vehicles built prior to 1919 will converge on Central Hawkes Bay when the Vintage Car Club of NZ hold their National Rally.
This event is a first for Hawke's Bay and cars can be viewed prior to Waipawa's 150 year celebratory parade in High St, Waipawa on the morning of the 13th February 2010.
The oldest car entered is a 1903 Holley, one of only three in the world.

The CHB Aero Club are celebrating their 75th Jubilee.
Saturday is 'Open Day' with aircraft flying in from around the country.
On Saturday walk through the Southern DC - 3 Gold coin donation.
Tickets for flights can be purchased from your local Farmlands.
There will be static and flying displays.
Saturday evening is BBQ night for aviators, family, friends and members.
We are in the planning stages at the moment for this event but if you have any old photos that we could have copied and used in our history book which is being put together we would love to see them. We will try and update this information each month
